I offer group and private English lessons. Since 2016, I've been teaching English in Kanazawa and greater Ishikawa to children and adults. Group classes range from conversation classes to customized courses for clinics, nonprofits and preschools. Private lessons are customized to meet student’s learning goals. I’ve worked with beginning to advance students on test prep, tour guiding, travel English, and language learning for fun.

words from students
"I enjoy your class very much. I believe that the qualities is to be a good teacher should be to listen to what your students say, to treat them equally without favoritism, and to have zeal for your work. In these respects, I think you deserve to be given high marks. " - Kiyoshi
“One of what I like the most about your class is the topics you pick out for us. Sometimes you choose timely topics I really want to read. But you also choose topics that I usually never pay attention to and reading those articles make me realize that there are such interesting things or such serious problems.
Another thing I love is that you listen to what I say and put my ideas together and express them properly even when I don't know clearly what I want to say. Your remarks sometimes make me become aware of what I am thinking. It’s an inspiring experience for me.
I also think your style of teaching is kind of academic. That suits me very much. For example. I like thinking about grammar and acquiring new words which I didn't know before. And the homework of writing. It was an exciting exercise of my brain! - Yukie
